Job summary
Amer Sports Oyj is seeking a Logistics Projects Americas Director to oversee a portfolio of multi-million dollar distribution and transportation initiatives across the USA, Canada and Mexico. The role drives D2C transformation, cost optimization and IT integrations to strengthen regional supply chain resilience.
The candidate will lead a four-person NAM team, manage budgets, and ensure alignment with global strategy while traveling 30-35% of the time.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Logistics / Warehousing / Transport.
- PMI/PMP certification is highly preferred.
- Master's degree in supply chain, Logistics or Engineering preferred.
- Spanish is a valuable asset for regional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Oversee NAM project management and regional supply chain initiatives.
- Architect and lead high-impact regional supply chain programs.
- Develop robust business cases and maintain tight control on cost, scope, and timelines.
- Lead a regional PM team of 4 and coordinate with global stakeholders.
- Monitor project success post GoLive and ensure proper handover to internal customers.
