Job summary

Pioneer Square Brands Inc. in North America is seeking a hands-on North America Sourcing Project Manager based in High Point, NC, onsite.

You will own day-to-day sourcing and production initiatives, coordinating tooling builds, supplier onboarding, ramp-up, and quality checklists, linking external suppliers with internal stakeholders. This role focuses on a small supplier base (2–4 NA suppliers), travel domestically and internationally, and provides opportunities to influence pricing

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing multiple supplier-facing projects in manufacturing or sourcing.
• Strong organizational skills with multi-SKU and multi-supplier reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; translate between partners and internal teams.
• Judgment to know when to resolve or escalate.
• Able to travel domestically and internationally.
• Willingness to work independently at supplier sites.

Responsibilities

• Tooling Program Management: Coordinate tooling builds and track schedules from kickoff to completion.
• Supplier Communication & Relationship Management: Serve as the day-to-day contact with NA suppliers.
• New Tool Ramp-Up & Production Approvals: Manage ramp timelines and ensure sign-offs move on schedule.
• Quality Tracking & Reporting: Track inspections and maintain documentation trails.
• Supplier Discovery & Onboarding: Identify and vet new suppliers and document findings.
• New Product Development Project Support: Coordinate timelines for NA production and development with suppliers.
