Radware Inc. is seeking a General Manager and VP of North America Sales to lead all NA sales activities, including enterprise farming and hunting, midmarket, and cloud service provider segments.

The role reports to the CRO and requires building a world-class team, driving revenue growth, and aligning go-to-market strategy across partners and customers with a focus on long-term strategic goals.

Formación

• 15+ years of sales experience in comparable industries, with 5+ years in senior VP sales management.
• MEDDPICC sales methodology expertise to drive forecasting and deal velocity.
• Domain knowledge in networking, security, cloud markets.
• Proven leadership of large, remote sales teams; capable of compensation design.
• Market agility across midmarket to enterprise with varied pricing.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Enterprise, Cloud, Midmarket, and Business Development sales in NA.
• Lead top-to-top negotiations and close complex strategic deals.
• Collaborate with partners, channel ecosystem, and SI partners to drive growth.
• Own regional P&L and revenue targets (> $100M).
• Recruit, coach, and empower a high-performing sales team.
• Drive sales operations, metrics, and long-term strategic goals.
