Job summary

DuPont seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead the North America commercial organization for Molykote and Multibase. You will accelerate growth, develop distributor networks, and drive strategic accounts across a diverse customer base, including automotive, packaging, and industrial sectors.

The role requires deep specialty lubricants expertise, proven commercial leadership, and the ability to lead geographically dispersed teams. Travel up to 60% across North America is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of commercial leadership experience in specialty lubricants, additives, or adjacent industrial markets.
• Proven success leading sales teams and delivering profitable growth across North America.
• Experience managing distributor networks, strategic accounts, and OEM relationships.
• Strong business development skills with a track record of identifying growth opportunities.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and building high-performance commercial organizations.
• Deep understanding of industrial lubricants, specialty greases, silicone lubricants, and value-based selling.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of Molykote and Multibase portfolios through strategic customer engagement and market development in automotive, industrial, and packaging segments.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales organization across North America.
• Develop and execute the North America commercial strategy aligned with global priorities.
• Expand and strengthen distributor partnerships while optimizing channel performance.
• Transform and strengthen Molykote and Multibase channels with distributor mutual action plans.
• Build and execute strategic account plans for key customers, OEMs, distributors, and end users.
• Partner with Product Management, Marketing, Technical Service, and Operations to accelerate growth and improve customer outcomes.
• Establish a segmented commercial model to maximize market coverage and value capture.
• Travel extensively across North America to support customers, channel partners, and team development.
