Job summary
PVcase is seeking a high-impact North America Sales Leader to drive revenue growth and market expansion across the region. You will build and lead a remote, high-performing sales team, forecast progress to executives, and position PVcase as the strategic partner for enterprise solar developers and data center projects.
You will own regional go-to-market strategies, collaborate with Global HQ, and relentlessly pursue ARR growth while advancing PVcase’s presence in North America’s solar and data
Qualifications
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in high-growth SaaS
- 3+ years in a leadership role (Director/Head of Sales or similar)
- Proven ability to hire, build, and scale sales teams across a territory
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional strategic sales plans to hit NA revenue targets
- Build, lead, and scale a remote B2B sales organization
- Forecast, report on pipeline health, and align with global HQ and executives
- Manage relationships with enterprise customers (utility-scale, hyperscalers, data centers)
- Drive all phases of the sales cycle and boost ARR in North America
- Conduct market research to identify new segments and opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success and Product teams
- Represent PVcase at industry events and conferences
