Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of progressive leadership experience in industrial services or asset-intensive businesses.
• Proven P&L ownership with revenue and margin growth.
• Strong commercial acumen in sales enablement and GTM strategy.
• Strategic, data-driven decision-maker with cross-functional influence.
• Collaborative leader who develops high-performance teams.
• Experience in HVAC, energy/thermal solutions, or equipment rental is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the comprehensive sales strategy for Rental Services across the US and Canada.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to support regional sales.
• Provide strategic direction and enable growth through CRM/tools and field liaison.
• Drive accountability and performance through coaching and metrics.
• Partner with regional leadership to develop key account plans and expand demand.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Experience, Product Management and Finance to drive growth.
