Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Extensive experience leading maintenance, reliability, or engineering initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience utilizing CMMS platforms, preferably SAP-PM, to support maintenance planning, reliability, and asset management activities.
• Strong knowledge of reliability methodologies, predictive maintenance programs, and root cause analysis techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead the North America reliability strategy, driving the implementation and sustainability of the Ingredion Performance System across facilities.
• Develop and standardize maintenance and reliability metrics, operational KPIs, and best practices to improve asset utilization and plant performance.
• Establish maintenance strategies for critical operational assets to maximize reliability, throughput, and lifecycle value.
• Partner with plant leadership to identify, prioritize, and execute reliability improvement opportunities through data analysis and root cause investigations.
• Optimize the use of SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP-PM) and other maintenance management systems to enhance maintenance planning, execution, and material management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce manufacturing losses, improve facility utilization, and strengthen operational performance.
• Build organizational capability by developing internal expertise, coaching teams, and sharing reliability best practices across the region.
• Evaluate and implement innovative technologies and Industry 4.0 solutions that improve equipment reliability, maintenance effectiveness, and asset performance.
• Lead cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders to achieve strategic business objectives and operational results.
• Support maintenance budget management and mechanical stores optimization while ensuring alignment with regional business goals.
• Travel approximately 25% across US and Canada to support manufacturing facilities, partner with site leadership, lead reliability initiatives, conduct operational assessments, and drive the implementation of maintenance and continuous improvement programs.
