Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions in Austin, TX, is seeking a North America Regional Controller to lead accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance for U.S. and Canada operations. This role reports to the Sr.

Director of Finance and partners with Operations, Supply Chain, and FP&A. The ideal candidate has 12–15 years in accounting, 5+ years in a senior leadership role, strong US GAAP expertise, ERP experience (Oracle preferred, SAP also relevant), and a track record of driving

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• 5+ years in a senior accounting leadership role such as Controller or Regional Controller.
• Experience in a large, multi-site manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, internal controls and audit.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for North America with timely, accurate results.
• Oversee consolidation and external audits; ensure proper accounting for significant transactions.
• Establish and strengthen regional internal controls and risk management.
• Lead and develop regional accounting teams; partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and FP&A.
