Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions is seeking a seasoned North America Regional Controller to lead accounting across U.S. and Canada in a multi-site manufacturing environment.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance, you will oversee monthly close, consolidation, internal controls, audits, and cross-functional partnerships with Operations, Supply Chain, and FP&A to drive process improvements and ERP optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA strongly preferred.
• 12–15 years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
• 5+ years in a senior accounting leadership role such as Controller, Assistant Controller, or Regional Controller.
• Significant multi-site manufacturing experience; public accounting a plus.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, internal controls, audit, and manufacturing accounting.
• ERP experience; Oracle preferred, SAP or comparable platforms also relevant.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for North America with timely, accurate results.
• Oversee consolidation and financial reporting across multi-plant and multi-entity operations.
• Coordinate external audits and manage relationships with auditors.
• Establish and strengthen regional internal controls and risk management.
• Develop and coach regional accounting teams and collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, HR, Engineering, and FP&A.
• Drive ERP optimization, finance transformation, and process standardization across the region.
