Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions in Austin, TX seeks an Assistant Controller to lead financial reporting and controls across North America. You will manage close cycles, ensure GAAP compliance, and drive control improvements with regional accounting teams and external auditors.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in accounting, CPA/CMA preferred, and strong ERP/OneStream experience, with manufacturing exposure and leadership in a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience with technical accounting and financial reporting expertise.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, financial reporting, close, and audit requirements.
• Public accounting and/or manufacturing experience; leadership across teams in a matrixed org.
• Experience with Oracle or another modern ERP; OneStream or similar consolidation/EPM tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional close, reporting, and consolidation for multiple entities.
• Ensure timely, accurate financial results under U.S. GAAP and policy.
• Oversee journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, reserves, and schedules.
• Coordinate internal/external audits and strengthen internal controls.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and standardization across regional teams.
