Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) seeks a Director, North America Controller to lead accounting across U.S. and Canada. You will oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close, ensure U.S.

GAAP compliance, and strengthen internal controls in a multi-site manufacturing environment. You will develop regional accounting teams, partner with Operations, Supply Chain, HR, Engineering, and FP&A, and drive ERP optimization, finance transformation, and automation initiatives to improve performance and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA strongly preferred.
• 12–15 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including 5+ years in a senior accounting leadership role.
• Experience in large, multi-site manufacturing environment; public accounting experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS, as applicable.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and operating in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Experience with ERP systems; Oracle preferred, SAP or comparable platforms also relevant.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for North America.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and IFRS, and manage audits.
• Establish and strengthen regional internal controls and risk management.
• Lead regional accounting teams; collaborate with Shared Services.
• Drive ERP optimization, finance transformation, and automation initiatives.
