Job summary

Siemens Energy Real Estate invites a Lead North America Project Manager to guide a portfolio across the Americas from Orlando, FL. You will supervise Project Managers, ensure governance, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to Siemens Energy standards with safety and quality at the forefront.

You will review dashboards, coach teams, escalate risks early, and drive standardized PM practices across the region.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing construction projects or large-scale delivery.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong ability to interpret drawings, schedules, budgets, and docs.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional leadership and oversight to North America Project Managers.
• Lead portfolio reviews, governance, and risk management across projects.
• Coach teams, challenge forecasts, and drive recovery plans when needed.
• Ensure safety, quality, and Siemens Energy governance across delivery.
