As the Lead North America Project Manager for Siemens Energy Real Estate, you will report to and support the Head of Hub Operations in strengthening project delivery across the North America portfolio. You will provide functional leadership, coaching, and oversight to North America Project Managers, helping ensure projects are properly established, executed in accordance with Siemens Energy governance, and delivered with clear accountability for scope, schedule, budget, safety, quality, and close-out. Your day-to-day work will include reviewing portfolio dashboards and project reports, facilitating project health and governance reviews, coaching Project Managers on planning and execution, challenging forecasts and recovery plans, and ensuring risks and issues are identified and escalated early. You will drive consistent project management practices, coordinate support across internal functions and external partners, share lessons learned, and provide the Head of Hub Operations with a consolidated and reliable view of portfolio performance and recommended actions. Success in this role means enabling Project Managers to deliver their assigned projects safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with Siemens Energy standards—without taking over day-to-day ownership of those projects. This full-time position is based in Orlando, Florida, and requires flexibility to travel up to 60% as business needs require.
