Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience managing construction projects and large teams.
• Knowledge of construction methods, schedules, budgets, and drawings.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with stakeholders.
• PMI PMP certification or related coursework preferred; strong MS Office skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide functional leadership and coaching to North America Project Managers.
• Ensure projects follow Siemens Energy governance and PM@RE requirements.
• Lead portfolio reviews, governance, and status reporting for key decisions.
• Identify blockers and develop mitigation and recovery plans with actions.
• Promote Zero Harm culture and collaborate with stakeholders to enable delivery.
• Review dashboards, cost reports, and risk registers for portfolio performance.
