Job summary

Siemens Energy, Inc. is seeking a Project Controller / Commercial Project Manager within its Real Estate Finance organization in the United States.

You will partner with Real Estate Project Directors to own the financial execution of a portfolio of large-scale construction projects, ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, cost recognition, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or CPA preferred.
• 5+ years in Finance, Controlling, Project Finance or similar.
• Experience with Financial Planning & Analysis and business case modeling.
• Strong IFRS and Local GAAP knowledge; PP&E and CAPEX accounting; IFRS 16 preferred.
• Mandatory SAP financial/project modules experience; advanced English skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial execution and controlling of Real Estate construction projects, including budgeting, forecasting, CAPEX tracking, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Real Estate Project Directors to evaluate investment approvals and profitability analyses.
• Set up SAP project structures (WBS) and ensure timely month-end closing and performance reporting.
• Maintain IFRS/GAAP compliance, internal controls, and identify financial risks and forecast improvements.
• Prepare financial status reports and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Partner with Accounting, Operations, Procurement and Legal to resolve financial issues and drive process improvements.
