Job summary

RugPadUSA seeks a Director of Operations to own post-sale activities and drive manufacturing, warehousing, fulfillment, logistics, and marketplace operations across four sites. This role reports to the CEO and sits on the leadership team, balancing production floor dynamics with strategic boardroom planning.

The right candidate has scaled multi-warehouse fulfillment, understands Seller Fulfilled Prime and major marketplace programs, and will lead a cross-functional team across four sites,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive operations leadership in ecommerce, consumer products, retail fulfillment, or manufacturing.
• 5+ years leading multi-site operations.
• Hands-on command of WMS/ERP systems, EDI, parcel and LTL freight.
• Proven P&L ownership at a company or division.
• Experience operating under Seller Fulfilled Prime or similar strict SLA programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee four warehouse sites and manufacturing operations, driving cost, speed, quality, and compliance.
• Own day-to-day performance and lead the operations P&L.
• Drive continuous improvement in yield, inventory accuracy, and on-time fulfillment.
• Coordinate production planning, capacity, and scheduling.
• Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and demand planning across locations.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance at all sites.
• Partner with CEO on growth planning, automation, and expansion.
