Summary of Job Expectations

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies supporting growth across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
• Lead brand awareness, demand generation, customer engagement, retention, and market expansion initiatives.
• Manage marketing budgets, vendors, agencies, and performance metrics.
• Oversee product strategy, positioning, portfolio management, and lifecycle planning.
• Partner closely with Global Marketing, Technical, Regulatory, Operations, and Sales teams.
• Drive commercialization of new products, technologies, and services.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and product launch plans.
• Serve as the voice of the customer throughout development and commercialization.
• Lead media relations and build relationships with industry publications, journalists, and influencers.
• Manage press releases, thought leadership content, executive communications, and public relations activities.
• Identify opportunities for speaking engagements, industry recognition, and brand visibility.
• Oversee social media strategy, digital campaigns, website content, email marketing, and customer communications.
• Ensure consistent messaging across all channels and monitor engagement metrics.
• Develop sales enablement materials, customer success stories, presentations, and collateral.
• Support trade shows, field days, webinars, customer meetings, and industry events.

Summary of Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Agriculture, Communications, Product Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in a similar role.
