Job summary

AB Energy USA is seeking a proactive North America Logistics Coordinator to manage inbound and outbound shipments across the NA market from our The Woodlands, TX office. You will ensure on-time deliveries, regulatory compliance, and clear communication with customers, carriers, and internal teams.

The role requires strong organization, the ability to juggle multiple priorities, and a customer-focused mindset in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in international logistics, export operations, or supply chain coordination (USA/Canada/Caribbean a plus).
• Strong knowledge of Incoterms®, import/export documentation, customs procedures, and international transportation.
• Experience with SAP, ERP systems, freight management platforms, courier tools, and logistics tracking systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipments to the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
• Manage transportation planning with freight forwarders and carriers.
• Monitor shipment status and ensure on-time delivery performance.
• Prepare and verify shipping and export documentation (invoices, packing lists, origin certificates, customs docs).
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company procedures.
• Collaborate with Buyers, Warehouse Coordinators, Sales, Customer Service, and Production Planning for efficient order fulfillment.
• Resolve transportation issues and customs-related challenges promptly.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and update ERP systems.
• Analyze logistics performance and contribute to process improvements.
• Support freight cost control and KPI reporting.
