Russell Investments is seeking a highly strategic Director, North America Institutional Marketing to lead marketing across the United States and Canada. This role partners with Institutional Sales, Consultant Relations, and Investment leadership to develop integrated campaigns and executive events for sophisticated institutional audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Communications, or related field.
• 10-12 years of progressive marketing experience in asset management or related financial services.
• Strong leadership, strategic marketing and execution experience for senior audiences.
• Experience leading large-scale live, virtual, and hybrid events for executives.
• Deep understanding of institutional investing and decision-making processes.
• Proven ability to develop integrated marketing strategies and drive growth.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the North America Institutional marketing strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Lead integrated campaigns across thought leadership, content, digital, events, and demand generation.
• Shape messaging and positioning for institutional audiences and case for growth.
• Lead executive events planning for CIOs, investment committees, and senior consultants.
• Collaborate with sales, OCIO, product marketing, and investment leaders to deliver programs.
• Establish measurement frameworks to evaluate marketing impact and pipeline contribution.
