Job summary

Jack Morton Worldwide Inc. is seeking a Head of Finance, North America, to own revenue, EBITDA, and cash performance across the region. This hands-on role drives pricing, staffing, and project profitability in a fast-paced, client‑centric environment.

You will lead the NA finance team, build standardized forecasting, implement ERP (D365), and partner with the President and senior leaders to scale growth while delivering trusted analytics and controllership.

Qualifications

• Senior finance leadership with regional P&L responsibility.
• Experience in project-based professional services, agency, or experiential sectors.
• Strong FP&A, forecasting, and partnering with commercial leaders.
• Cash management and working capital expertise; PE-backed experience.
• Hands-on operator with accountability and post-merger integration exposure.

Responsibilities

• Own North America revenue, EBITDA, and margin against plan.
• Lead pricing, staffing, and contract profitability decisions.
• Drive forecasting cadence and KPI reporting across portfolios.
• Stand up ERP and end-to-end finance processes.
• Develop and mentor the NA finance team.
