Job summary

Renson Group in Carrollton, TX seeks a Finance Director to guide North American financial performance and transformation. You will partner with the U.S. President and Belgian headquarters to drive governance, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives within an entrepreneurial, manufacturing-focused setup.

You will lead the NA finance team, oversee ERP improvements (SAP), and ensure compliance with local regulations and Group standards, while aligning HR matters with corporate priorities.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in accounting, financial controlling, and cost accounting, ideally within manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Commercial mindset linking financials to operational decisions.
• Hands-on, pragmatic, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP is a strong advantage.
• Proven leadership or potential to grow into broader leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial controlling, cost accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for North American operations.
• Partner with local leadership and Belgian headquarters to drive financial performance.
• Analyze financial and operational performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Oversee governance, controls, compliance, and risk management per local regulations and Group standards.
• Drive process optimization and ERP improvements, including SAP-related initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop the local finance team.
• Oversee HR matters in collaboration with Group HR and external specialists.
• Professionalize financial and non-operational processes to support transformation and excellence.
