Job summary

LEM is seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to oversee North American financial operations, owning the P&L and balance sheet, and leading budgeting and forecasting. You will partner with senior leadership to drive performance and collaborate across international finance, sales, supply chain, and operations.

You will strengthen financial processes and reporting across the organization, driving data quality and visibility using Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years progressive finance and accounting experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or international business environment.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis skills.
• Understanding of P&L, balance sheet, inventory accounting, and cost management.
• Knowledge of international trade, tariffs, or import/export accounting.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) preferred.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, and business partnering abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the North American P&L and balance sheet.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, month-end closing, and reporting.
• Analyze margins, pricing, costs, and profitability.
• Strengthen inventory accounting, reconciliations, and controls.
• Support international trade, tariffs, and transfer pricing.
• Partner with sales, supply chain, and operations to boost performance.
• Provide financial insights to the General Manager and global leadership.
• Improve reporting processes and financial visibility using Dynamics 365.
