Job summary

Shield Financial Compliance is seeking a Program Manager to lead end-to-end projects for enterprise customers, coordinating across R&D, integration, QA and external partners while translating technical capabilities into practical customer usability.

You will drive matrix management, enforce project frameworks, manage risks, and deliver comprehensive plans based on risk analysis and mitigation strategies, with a focus on customer satisfaction during implementation in North America.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise-scale projects from initiation to closure.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across internal teams and customers.
• Strong risk analysis, mitigation planning and status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage large scale projects end-to-end for enterprise customers.
• Enforce Shield project framework internally and externally while managing the project.
• Serve as the primary and first point of contact for Shield in North America.
• Maintain direct contact with customers and build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Customer management during the project life cycle.
• Manage project scope, plan and content control inbound and outbound.
• Inbound matrix management of various tech disciplines - integration engineers, QA, R&D, etc.
• Manage risks and create the respective mitigation and contingency plans.
• Define, prioritize, negotiate and communicate customer requirements inbound.
• Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and are delivered on time.
