True North Consultants is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide technology initiatives across North America. You will manage multiple IT projects, including infrastructure, enterprise applications, and integrations, driving delivery from planning through implementation.

The role emphasizes project leadership, stakeholder communication, governance, and organizational change management to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• Experience managing enterprise IT projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical teams.
• Strong planning, scheduling and execution skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience coordinating infrastructure and application projects.
• PMO experience preferred.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Business fluent in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple enterprise IT projects across North America with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate infrastructure and application project activities across locations and time zones.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, risk logs and status reports.
• Govern projects following PMO standards and reporting.
• Facilitate executive communications and stakeholder management.
• Lead organizational change management initiatives including training and user adoption.
• Manage risks, dependencies and issue resolution to meet objectives.
• Support enterprise rollouts, M&A integrations and technology initiatives.
• Ensure projects deliver on time, scope, and business value.
