Job description

We are looking for a talented Program Manager to join our team! You are an exceptional individual who excels in both project and customer management. You adeptly handle escalations and conflicts, turning complex situations into opportunities. You will also be a master in matrix management, motivating and driving internal and external teams to success. You are highly skilled in enforcing project management framework & tools with a CAN DO attitude, and demonstrate independent and self-managed capabilities. You will be preparing comprehensive plans for EVERYTHING, including strategic and tactical plans, based on risk analysis and mitigation strategies. Also, projects monitoring and professional data-driven status reporting are key strength points. You will drive the organization to a continuous improvement and learning mode, with respective initiatives and culture. You excel in working with and managing large enterprise customers, understanding their processes, constraints, budgets and all related aspects, leveraging this knowledge to enhance customer satisfaction and sentiment during the implementation phase. You come from a technology/software product company background, with hands-on experience managing technical projects and working closely with R&D, integration, QA and other technical disciplines internally, alongside enterprise customers externally. You are expected to develop a working technical understanding of the system itself - able to translate technical capabilities into practical usability for customers, not just manage the project shell around it. This role will serve as Shield's primary and first point of presence in North America, so you must be highly comfortable working independently, with sound judgment and minimal oversight.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage large scale projects E2E from initiation to closure, for enterprise customers.
  • Enforce the Shield project framework methodology internally & externally while managing the project.
  • Serve as the primary and first point of contact/presence for Shield in North America.
  • Maintain direct contact with customers and build long term relationships, with project teams and key senior stakeholders from the customer side.
  • Customer management during the project life cycle.
  • Manage project scope, plan and content control inbound and outbound.
  • Inbound matrix management of various tech disciplines - integration engineers, QA, R&D, etc.
  • Manage risks and create the respective mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Define, prioritize, negotiate and communicate customer requirements inbound.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and are delivered on time.
