Job summary

Six Degrees Talent in Seattle seeks a hands-on DTC & E-commerce Manager/Director for North America to lead our NA DTC and e-commerce business across the United States and Canada.

The role combines commercial ownership, team leadership, and data-driven execution on channels such as Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop, with close collaboration to global headquarters. This position requires strong strategic and practical capabilities and fluent business English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in business, marketing, e‑commerce, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in DTC, e-commerce, digital commerce, or cross-border e-commerce.
• 3+ years managing e-commerce operations in North America.
• Experience leading or integrating cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, or similar platforms.
• Proven ownership of meaningful revenue, GMV, profitability, or customer-growth targets.
• Strong knowledge of North American consumers, platforms, promotions, merchandising, and fulfillment.
• Strong analytical, commercial, leadership, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Ability to work at both strategic and operational levels.
• Fluent business English.

Responsibilities

• Lead an integrated DTC team of approximately 10 employees.
• Own approximately USD 15 million in annual targets, including GMV, profitability, and customer growth.
• Manage Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other relevant channels.
• Develop and execute commercial, promotional, and Q4 trading plans.
• Serve as the key link between the North America team and global headquarters.
• Oversee product listings, merchandising, pricing, promotions, campaigns, and customer experience.
