Job summary

Orveon Global is seeking a dynamic leader to head DTC North America. You will own digital strategy, revenue growth, and the eCommerce P&L across direct channels, collaborating with Marketing, IT, and Operations to move initiatives from strategy to execution at pace.

The role requires 10+ years in eCommerce, 5+ in a senior leadership role within a DTC brand (beauty/consumer goods preferred), plus deep Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4, and CRO expertise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in eCommerce with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven DTC growth and P&L ownership.
• Deep Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4 expertise.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Beauty/consumer goods familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall eCommerce strategy across DTC channels.
• Own the DTC eCommerce P&L, including forecasting and budget.
• Oversee site experience, conversion optimization, and customer journey.
• Lead CRM, loyalty, and lifecycle marketing initiatives to grow LTV.
• Coach and build a high-performing eCommerce team and align with senior leadership.
