Job summary

Farmina seeks a Commercial and Marketing Director for North America to lead sales, marketing and regional strategy across the United States, Mexico and Canada. This role reports to the CMSO and drives P&L, budgeting, forecasting and capital allocation to accelerate growth.

The ideal candidate has senior leadership experience in consumer goods, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and a proven track record in premium pet nutrition markets within an international context.

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience leading Sales, Marketing or a major commercial organization.
• Proven experience with P&L ownership and accountability for business performance.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams across Sales, Marketing and related commercial functions.
• Strong exposure to the United States market, ideally with additional experience in Mexico and Canada.
• Experience within premium consumer sectors (pet food, FMCG, nutrition) would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the North America commercial strategy in alignment with Farmina’s global priorities.
• Lead regional revenue, profitability, budgeting and forecasting while coordinating Sales and Marketing.
• Build and lead a high-performing North American Sales and Marketing organization.
• Ensure alignment between Sales, Marketing, Veterinary, Digital and other commercial functions.
