The role requires strategic leadership, strong sales focus and collaboration with marketing, revenue management and product development. Based in Chicago, you will mentor managers and develop a high-performing team within a dynamic air cargo environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant cargo sales experience.
• 7+ years cargo sales experience.
• 3 years of management experience.
• Proven sales leadership skills.
• Ability to build/motivate a high-performing team.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction and vision for North America cargo field sales organization.
• Lead North America commercial cargo sales activity through RM, key accounts, and GSAs.
• Develop sales strategy and standards for the North America Cargo Sales organization.
• Collaborate with sales, revenue management, product development & marketing teams to create new offerings and reports.
• Maintain relationships with freight forwarders and commercial customers.
• Manage freighter/charter programs and the GSA staff for small/medium customers.
• Coordinate with cargo operations to align offerings with capabilities.
