Job summary

Klipboard (formerly Kerridge Commercial Systems) seeks a hands-on Head of Business Development to lead and scale our Cary, NC team. You will own the North America new-business funnel, drive outbound activity, and hold the team to high standards. You will hire, develop talent, and ensure accurate pipeline forecasting.

You will partner with Sales and Marketing to define target accounts and ensure quality handovers, data integrity, and delivery against growth targets.

Qualifications

• Proven business development or inside sales leadership with pipeline targets.
• Experience coaching and leading a BD/inside sales team.
• Strong ability to forecast and manage CRM data.
• Willingness to work on site in Cary, NC.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Development Executives.
• Deliver qualified pipeline targets and assess team performance.
• Set daily/weekly rhythms, pipeline reviews, and coaching sessions.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and career development.
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing on target accounts and priorities.
• Maintain CRM records, forecast, and data quality.
