Job summary

Wise is hiring a Banking Partnerships Manager to join the North America Banking & Expansion team in Austin, TX. You will own key bank and payment partner relationships, drive payments infrastructure initiatives, and ensure regulatory alignment to expand Wise’s footprint in the US and Canada.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Legal teams to deliver scalable cross-border payment solutions and expand regulatory licenses where needed, contributing to Wise’s mission in

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in payments, fintech, or banking.
• Strong understanding of payment systems and FX regulation.
• Experience with US/Canada banking infrastructure and regulators.
• Ability to lead external relationships with banks and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Advance our payment infrastructure in North America.
• Lead key bank and payment partner relationships for the North America region.
• Work with product leads to define opportunities for North America products.
• Independently execute high priority projects to deepen North America presence.
