Job summary

HoSt Bio-Energy Systems is seeking an Area Sales Manager for North America to drive opportunity creation with developers, engineers, and financial partners across the region.

You will build credibility from first conversations, manage multi-year sales cycles for complex engineered solutions, and travel ~30% across the U.S. and Canada, with a base salary of $140k–$160k and uncapped incentive potential.

Qualifications

• Experience selling complex engineered solutions to developers, engineers, financial partners, and operators.
• Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder decisions over 12–24 month cycles.
• Comfort discussing technical solutions and commercial outcomes with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities before RFQs and build credibility with project stakeholders.
• Position HoSt early in the sales cycle and guide customers through multi-year partnerships.
• Travel across North America to meet clients and advance opportunities.
