Job summary

HoSt Bio‑Energy Systems is seeking a high‑energy sales professional to build and manage long‑term partnerships across North America. You will identify opportunities early with developers, engineering firms, and financial partners, and guide conversations from qualification to close.

You’ll explain technical capabilities and project economics, adapt messaging for engineers and executives, and travel regularly to develop multi‑million dollar projects.

Qualifications

• Experience selling complex engineered solutions to senior buyers and executives.
• Ability to build consensus among developers, partners, and financiers.
• Proven track record in long, multi-year sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities before RFQs and build credibility with project stakeholders.
• Develop relationships across North America with developers, EPCs, and financial partners.
• Present ROI and technical value to executives and engineers.
• Travel ~30% across the US and Canada to advance opportunities.
