Job summary

Product Pulse, a publicly listed AI enterprise behind a widely used document scanning app, is launching a 0-to-1 North American ecosystem expansion. This ground-floor role owns the North American partner ecosystem, backed by full product and R&D resources from headquarters.

You will drive channel development, recruit partners and enterprises, grow developer adoption of the API platform, and build DevRel and ecosystem collaborations with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, ISVs, and AI startups.

Qualifications

5+ years of ecosystem and channel development experience with deep knowledge of AI Infrastructure, LLM, and API platforms.
Proven track record building developer ecosystems, with programs, communities, and metrics to show for it.
Fluent business English, with the ability to conduct all external communications in English independently.

Responsibilities

Drive North American market channel development for the company's software products and deliver channel revenue targets.
Develop and maintain new channel partners and enterprise clients; set target KPIs and incentive policies for partner management.
Fuel developer growth for the company's API platform.
Build AI community partnerships and advance Developer Relations (DevRel) and ecosystem collaboration.
Strengthen the company's brand influence among North American developers and construct a comprehensive partner ecosystem.
Own ecosystem expansion with North American cloud vendors (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), ISVs, and AI startups.
Lead developer acquisition and retention operations for the API platform.
Build DevRel community brand presence.
