Job summary

Workiva Sweden AB is seeking a Solution Consultant to collaborate with sales and clients, moving beyond demos to connect platform capabilities, data workflows, and AI tools to customer outcomes.

You’ll lead pre-sales discovery, develop proofs of concept, and present business value across Financial Reporting, GRC, and Sustainability domains, with up to 30% travel. Strong SaaS/ERP experience and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant pre-sales/solution consulting or management consulting experience (Big 4 or equivalent).
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales engagements and discovery to map customer needs to Workiva solutions.
• Develop proofs of concept and example solutions to validate requirements and demonstrate value.
• Partner with Sales and Client Services to drive opportunities and technical win.
• Deliver solution demonstrations across Financial Reporting, GRC and Sustainability domains.
