Job summary

Nordic seeks a Senior Consultant to support Workday ERP Services, collaborating with clients on training, workflow, and system improvements. You will manage projects, lead design, configuration, testing, data migration, and validation, while guiding stakeholders and sales efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of Workday experience as a consultant or administrator.
• Active Workday certification in Financials Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on time, on budget, with positive outcomes.
• Lead design, configuration, testing, data migration, validation, support, and issue resolution.
• Present and facilitate meetings with stakeholders at user and manager levels.
• Lead sales efforts including scoping, orals, and presentations.
• Develop and adopt standards and best practices for Nordic’s Workday ERP Services.
