Job summary

Nordic is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Workday ERP Services practice. You will work with clients on training, workflow improvements, and system enhancements that support business processes.

Under Nordic Leadership, you will provide project leadership, deliver high-quality client service, and contribute to the delivery of Workday implementations from scoping to go-live. You may travel up to 50% to support client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of Workday experience, either as a consultant or administrator.
• Ability to lead Procure to Pay and Strategic Sourcing or WSS during implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead foundation alignment sessions and customer confirmation sessions.
• Lead, develop, and adopt standards and best practices for Nordic’s Workday ERP Services.
• Analyze requirements and move projects forward with design, testing, data mapping, and reporting.
