Zusammenfassung

Boston Scientific is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support Denmark, with occasional coverage in Sweden and Nordics. This remote field-based role requires extensive travel (about 50%) and overnight stays as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
• Experience as a Field Service Engineer in medical devices or life sciences.
• Strong ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain complex medical devices and capital equipment.
• Experience with installations, preventive maintenance, upgrades, and emergency repairs.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, circuit/flow diagrams, and technical docs.
• Excellent English and Danish; other languages helpful.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Aufgaben

• Perform installations, commissioning, troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of medical device capital equipment.
• Provide high-level technical support at customer sites, ensuring equipment performance and customer satisfaction.
• Be the primary contact for technical service questions and support requests.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues using schematics, manuals, and diagnostic tools.
• Complete service documentation, maintenance records, and ticket closures accurately and timely.
• Manage field service calls and escalate issues with cross-functional teams.
