Qualifications

• 10+ years in business development or enterprise sales within banking.
• Proven software sales track record in Banking, focusing on Core Banking Solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development and sales for core banking solutions in the Nordics.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle: acquire new clients, expand into new accounts, and grow existing relationships.
• Engage senior decision-makers with value-driven propositions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design solutions addressing client challenges.
• Contribute to regional go-to-market strategies and planning.
