SAP Fioneer GmbH is seeking a Lending Sales Senior to shape the future of financial services. You will bridge business and technology, translating requirements into scalable lending solutions and driving digital transformation for banks in Middle & Eastern Europe.

The role focuses on strategic relationships, industry insight, and go-to-market leadership, with a strong emphasis on customer success and alliance management in a rapidly growing lending portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking, lending solutions, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Proven track record in enterprise sales, strategic account management, or solution consulting within banking.
• Strong understanding of financial services processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Go-To-Market strategy for the Lending division across Middle & Eastern Europe.
• Build and nurture strategic relationships with banking customers and partners.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with SAP Fioneer’s lending portfolio.
• Understand customer needs and support transformation with scalable solutions.
• Respond to customer requests (RfI/RfP processes).
• Prepare demos and presentations of our solutions to customers.
• Lead sales engagements including workshops and executive briefings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end solution integration.
