POWDR's Mt. Bachelor Nordic Center in Bend, Oregon seeks an experienced Nordic Instructor to provide safe, engaging coaching to diverse groups and individuals. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality Nordic ski clinics and programs with emphasis on customer service and safety.

You will teach diagonal stride and skate techniques, adapt to learner styles, and support events while maintaining a positive guest experience and professional standards.

Qualifications

• PSIA Certification required.
• Advanced diagonal stride and skate skiing skills.
• Ability to teach multiple learning styles.
• Experience in instruction and customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach diagonal stride and skate clinics and programs.
• Start classes on time and manage lesson time.
• Match demos and pace to student needs.
• Ensure safety and engage students.
• Attend required clinics and complete reports.
