Responsibilities

• Lead daily Nordic Center operations and staff to ensure exceptional guest service.
• Oversee Nordic ticketing, rentals, retail, and ski school activities with focus on safety and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Nordic Manager on staffing, schedules, and operational needs.
• Train and support Lodge Staff and instructors; manage daily lesson assignments and schedule communications.
• Maintain high standards across Nordic cafe, shop, and services to deliver a top guest experience.
