Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Nordic Center Attendant to deliver high-quality guest service, sales, rentals and reservations for guests at the Nordic Center. You will assist with trail maintenance, snow removal, and maintain a clean, organized desk and equipment area.

Responsibilities include handling reservations, explaining policies, and processing transactions while upholding safety standards and providing a fun, safe environment for guests. Evenings, weekends and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• CPR/AED certification is required or provided.
• High level of guest service and safety awareness.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
• Previous Nordic center or reservations experience is a plus.
• Must be able to multi-task and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to provide information, sales, rentals and reservations.
• Staff the Nordic Center desk and manage daily operations.
• Assist with trail maintenance, snow removal and equipment upkeep.
• Explain reservation details, policies and check-in processes clearly.
• Process reservations, sales and transactions accurately.
• Support program participation and safety guidelines for guests.
• Work evenings, weekends and holidays as part of schedule.
• Assist with events and special Nordic programming as needed.
