Job summary

Clariant Corporation is seeking a Logistics Operations Lead for North America in Charlotte, operating in a hybrid model. You will lead a nine-person NORAM team, align regional logistics with global strategy, and partner with BU/SUs to optimize service levels and costs.

The role requires strategic thinking, cross-cultural leadership, and strong communication with senior stakeholders. You will drive regional logistics initiatives, track KPIs, manage budgets, and implement sustainable solutions

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of management experience with direct personnel responsibility.
Bachelor's degree in business management, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics (or equivalent experience).
International/cross-cultural exposure with ability to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement regional logistics strategy aligned with BU service levels and GBS LO standards.
Lead Logistics Operations organization across Procurement, Compliance, and Operations.
Set regional targets, service levels, and budgets; track performance with KPIs.
Drive continuous optimization to meet BU objectives and costs.
Act as interface between GBS and NORAM region; support communication and escalation.
