You’ll start by checking ingredient quality, preparing garnishes, and setting up your station for service, with a focus on precision, teamwork, and a clean, organized work area; regular meetings support growth and SOP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Check ingredient quality and prepare garnishes, and set up your station for service.
• Prepare and cook our signature noodle dishes following recipes, cook times, techniques, and plating standards.
• Label items in compliance with health department regulations and company procedures.
• Participate in monthly staff and noodle department meetings for growth and SOP adherence.
