Qualifications

• Experience with roll-to-roll web processing, fiber processing, or compounding is desirable.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely.
• Effective communication and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Configure, operate, and maintain pilot-scale process equipment for nonwoven production.
• Measure and analyze properties of nonwoven materials produced on the line.
• Maintain detailed records and communicate technical results.
• Develop and follow SOPs to ensure consistency and quality.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
