Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Laboratory Technician in Maplewood, MN, onsite 100% to join a leading research and development organization. You will prepare and maintain lab spaces, handle sample preparation, and document results to support analytical testing efforts.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (or 1 year of lab experience) or a 2-year associate degree in a lab science, strong manual dexterity, keen attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 5 pounds.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent or 1 year of laboratory experience, or an associate degree in a lab science.
• Knowledge of analytical testing methods and equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 5 pounds and use a ladder or step stool when needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain laboratory spaces and organize resources for analytical testing.
• Perform sample preparation utilizing fine motor skills, cutting tools, analytical balances, and other lab equipment as trained/directed.
• Conduct visual observations on samples.
• Support laboratory experiments through basic testing and evaluation.
• Document all results accurately.
