BDO USA, LLP seeks a Manager for its Industry Specialty Services Group—Nonprofit and Grantmaker Advisory in the US. You will guide nonprofit and grantmaking clients through transformation, ERP and financial systems implementations, and data-driven reporting to improve operational effectiveness and sustainability.

As a senior consultant, you will partner with executives, boards, and finance teams, manage projects, drive automation, and advise on governance while delivering measurable impact

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/MPA preferred.
• 5+ years of nonprofit consulting, finance, or enterprise transformation, with ERP/financial system led engagements.
• 3+ years in nonprofit accounting and systems; prior supervisory experience required.
• CPA preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise transformation engagements focused on operational excellence for nonprofits.
• Oversee ERP, grants management, budgeting, and BI implementations for clients.
• Assess current processes and design future-state finance and grants workflows.
• Drive AI and automation initiatives with governance and risk considerations.
