Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking a Manager for the Industry Specialty Services Group’s Nonprofit and Grantmaker Advisory team. This role partners with executive leadership, finance, and boards to modernize operating models, improve reporting, and design technology solutions that advance mission impact.

Responsibilities include leading ERP and financial system implementations, driving process improvements, and advising on AI governance and organizational change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, required.
• MBA or MPA, preferred.
• Five (5) or more years of consulting/nonprofit finance/operations/technology experience, including ERP/financial system implementations.
• Three (3) or more years of accounting systems/nonprofit accounting principles experience, required.
• Prior supervisory/management experience, required.
• CPA, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains client relationships with foundations, local government, partner organizations, and direct service providers.
• Supervises consultants through training, guidance, and coaching.
• Leads enterprise transformation engagements focused on operational excellence and financial sustainability.
