BDO USA, LLP is hiring a Manager in the Industry Specialty Services Group's Nonprofit and Grantmaker Advisory team. The role focuses on transforming nonprofit finance, reporting, and operations through ERP and BI implementations for diverse funders and organizations.

You will partner with executives and Boards, oversee ERP projects, design future-state processes, and drive automation while maintaining strong internal controls and governance. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• MBA or MPA is preferred.
• Experience with nonprofit finance and ERP implementations is required.
• Strong consulting and supervisory skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, is required.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage client relationships across foundations and NGOs.
• Supervise ISSG staff with training, guidance, and coaching; evaluate performance.
• Lead enterprise transformation engagements for nonprofit and grantmaking clients.
• Manage ERP, grants, budgeting, CRM, and BI implementations.
• Design future-state processes for finance, grants, procurement, and reporting.
• Support data migration, COA redesign, reporting modernization, and analytics.
• Advise leadership on technology investments, risks, and AI governance.
• Oversee compliance and operational processes; identify automation opportunities.
